The municipal housing corporation Kristinehamnsbostäder AB in Sweden makes use of Invest for Excel® Enterprise software

Municipal housing corporation, Kristinehamnsbostäder AB, in Sweden, makes use of Invest for Excel^® Enterprise software. The program is used for advanced calculations including valuation of the property portfolio, calculations for new construction, renovations and extensions, and more. One advantage is the high potential for adaptation to their own needs and routines.

Kristinehamnsbostäder AB owns and manages over 1,280 housing units and a small number of facilities.

"With Invest for Excel, I can easily add up the company's financial statements, budgets and forecasts for the coming year, and then do various simulations with investments such as purchase of heat pumps or purchase of a property which then will be renovated where certain burden of balance and some results, and then through a few keystrokes see how this affects the ratios that we use a lot of in our industry, such as operating income, property’s yield and solidity" says Therese Hengärde Torpfelt, Accounting Manager at Kristinehamnsbostäder.
