Henna Landén is Datapartner's newest member and functions as Sales Manager for customers in Finland. She has previously worked, among other things, with B2B projects within IT and ICT business and has then taken care of both Finnish and Nordic customers. Åland has also been a familiar area for her. The focus has then mostly been within industries such as logistics and retail. Before Henna joined Dataparner's team, she led charging projects for electric cars including hardware and software. Henna has a Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management from Helsinki Business Polytech.

Mr. Jens Westerbladh, Chief Executive Officer of DataPartner, holds a master's degree in Finance and investments from the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki. Jens is a founder of DataPartner and still holds majority ownership. Jens is also a Member of the Board of DataPartner. Jens has experience in financial modelling and investment appraisals since 1987 and has since then worked with hundreds of corporate customers internationally.

Ms. Malgorzata Jargan leads DataPartner's international business development. Malgorzata is passionate about working closely with customers and partners globally. She has established DataPartner's presence in several new markets worldwide in Middle East, Asia and Central and Eastern Europe. Malgorzata has experience in working with customers worldwide in diverse industries like oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, logistics, food and beverage and mining as well as financial services and universities. Ms. Jargan holds a M.Sc. Eng. degree in Management and Organisation from the Technical University of Lodz.

Kaj Forsell, who has been one of our business partners since 2023 (in Finland), works with sales, consultancy assignments and training. Kaj has extensive knowledge of business planning, financial management, company acquisitions/valuations and financial modelling. Special knowledge of preparation of IFRS financial statements, IAS 36 impairment testing and group accounting. Kaj has planned and implemented a client company’s conversion of their financial reporting from local accounting standards to IFRS standards.
Kaj has made a long international career in leading positions as CEO and CFO in international companies such as ABB and Nokia in Finland, Sweden, England, USA, Japan and Taiwan. He has also worked as an auditor in one of the Big 8 auditing firms in the USA, England, Norway and Finland.
Kaj has experience from several business areas such as telecommunications, software industry, leasing, banking and insurance industries, manufacturing industry and the auditing industry.
